Strip out machine side walls, headers & pipework. TIG weld new 316L stainless steel upper side walls additional header assemblies and pipework.
Mark up & match mark all Palletiser sections & parts, dismantle each Palletiser individually with Strappers & Pallet Conveying, remove the parts out of the factory and load into trucks for transport to new individual factories for each machine to be installed.
Offload & ingress the machine sections into the factory, raise the upper section and install the leg extensions for each Palletiser, move into position onto the datum lines for final assembly and installation using the Manitou type small crane.
Offload & ingress the machine into the factory for assembly and tilt to 13 degree’s for final installation using 2 small electric cranes
Offload & stand upright with a triple lift using 3 cranes due to low roof height for a full lift.
