Washcoater Tank – Installation of 316 stainless steel pre-fabricated tank

  • Factory floor excavated for two sump pits, Washcoater foundation and drainage trenches
  • ECL designed and fabricated 316 stainless steel Washer sump tank

Filter Tank – Concrete shuttered coolant filter sump tank

  • Side wall reinforcement steel installed with pre-made wood panel shuttering
  • Concrete poured to create reinforced sump walls

Washcoater Base  – Washcoater foundations with underground 316 stainless steel pipework

  • ECL designed and fabricated 316 stainless steel underground pipework
  • Washcoater base excavated, 316 SS pipe installed and connected to the sump tank
  • Reinforced steel  and concrete poured to form a new base and surface pit for the Washcoater

Drainage Trench – Installation of concrete trench’s

  • Concrete trenches excavated, trench sections installed and levelled
